Terms and Conditions

For Original Works

• The artist retains all rights to the paintings sold
• Including distribution, reproduction, use of the piece for Artist Promotion.

The Client May Not

• Distribute, reproduce or otherwise profit from the works purchased, beyond the resale of the original.
• Edit, alter, or trace the works without Artist's permission.

Public Display & Use

• The Client may display the artwork in profiles as long as the Artist's name ("Ella Swartz Art") is prominently displayed along with a link to EllaSwartz.com or @Ella_Swartz for social media accounts.

Refund

• No refunds or money back on art prints and original paintings sold.
